Iphone or Android ... the battle continues!

The frequent battle between the android and iphone is rising. With more iphones coming out more people are wondering which smartphone they should get. When choosing between an iphone and android it is not an easy choice. They both seem so similar that it is hard to distinguish the differences. The Android DNA is just one of many Android competitors that the iPhone 5 is going to have to stave off in the weeks ahead as shoppers look to pick up smartphones for themselves and for significant others.Apple’s iPhone 5 is going to be facing some fierce competition this holiday season from an assortment of devices. One of those devices is the newly announced Verizon Droid DNA for HTC which packs Google’s latest operating system with a powerful processor, solid camera, and the first full HD 1080p display to hit the United States within the confines of a smartphone. If I had to choose which phone to get I would get either or because there is not a big differnce between both, since I have an android I am more on team android because I love my phone and it is capable of doing anything an Iphone can do. The only downfall about my android phone is that there is no front camera but other than that it is a really good phone to have.

  1. It's true, Christmas is almost near, iPhone better get it's game on and advertise their brands more than the rest of the competitions in order to gain profit. More and more companies will send out their new phones before Christmas to gain some revenue, if I had a choice on what phone I would get, I would choose any because to me the newest one is usually the best. Right now it is Galaxy and iPhone5 but with the Verizon Droid DNA anything could happen.

  2. Androids were seen as the underdogs of smartphones, but lately they've been gaining much reputation and much acknowledgement for their amazing new technologies. Especially with the Holiday season just around the corner and statistics showing that Canadians will be spending approx. 15% more this Christmas compared to last year, I know that the iPhone 5 or the new Galaxy S3 is on many peoples Christmas list. However, from what I've been seeing lately, I think out of all the new smartphones on the market, Apple has been doing a better job at advertising than any other company. Apple definitely had a upperhand with advertising and technology.

  3. Due to the number of years and experience in the mobile device business, Apple is the better brand. But Android is getting there with Apple, especially since their marquee phone (Galaxy S3) was far more better and had a better reception than its rival (iPhone 5). These next few years will determine which company is the superior brand in the mobile device business. All I can say right now is that the grass is much greener on the side of Android, Apple is going to have to step it up, a lot.

  4. Personally I think Apple USED to be better than Samsung, I think Apple was the first company to come out with a really good smartphone, but it seems that lately it's just fallen way behind Samsung. I'm already an Andriod person and even though the Iphone has some benefits, soon it'll fall so behind that it won't even begin to compare to new Samsung models.

  5. Apple may have impressed everyone by adding significantly better features to its products, but when it comes to innovation, the iPhone 5 just can't compete with the latest Android devices. Sure a larger screen, and 4G LTE support are awesome additions to the World's No. 1 phone, but Apple is a year late, because Android has provided all these features and more for some time now.

  6. Seeming as Androids and Apple phones have similar qualities, i think that because the Galaxy S3 just came out .. Androids would be the taking the win because of their new technology, as for the iPhone 5 .. its much the same at the iPhone 4 the only difference is that its thiner and longer lol. I myself have an android so i am more on the Android team, but looking at the numbers and the statistics .. i think that Androids would begin to sky rocket more than the Apple products because they are beginning to provide the same features and technology that the iPhone's have.
